Moore Twining Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplined consulting firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental, construction inspection, materials testing, analytical chemistry and drilling services. Moore Twining's staff consists of geotechnical engineers, geologists, chemists, civil engineers, drillers, technicians and support personnel. The firm provides services from a network of four (4) offices located throughout California including Fresno (Corporate), Sacramento, Monterey and Riverside.

Over the years, we have continually expanded our capabilities and services to meet our clients' needs, as well as adapting to the various agencies' ever changing regulatory requirements. Moore Twining Associates, Inc. (formerly The Twining Laboratories, Inc.) has successfully provided consulting services to local, state, and federal government entities, public and private corporations, educational facilities, healthcare facilities and numerous lending institutions for more than a century.

Moore Twining is certified as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) by the State of California Department of General Services (Ref. # 0016472), Office of Small Business Certification and Resources. Moore Twining is also certified by the Division of State Architect (DSA), Laboratory Evaluation and Acceptance Program (LEA #065). Our Analytical Laboratory is certified by the California State Water Resources Control Board, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) (Certificate Number 1371).
